📲 Install Journal Party
Journal Party is a Progressive Web App (PWA), which means you can install it on your phone, tablet, or computer and use it like a regular app.
iPhone & iPad
- Open Journal Party in Safari.
- Tap the Share button.
- Choose Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add.
Journal Party will appear on your Home Screen like a regular app.
Android
- Open Journal Party in Chrome.
- Look for Install app or Add to Home screen in the browser menu.
- Follow the prompts to install Journal Party.
The exact wording may vary depending on your phone and browser.
Mac & Windows
- Open Journal Party in a supported browser.
- Look for an Install icon in the address bar or choose Install Journal Party from the browser menu.
- Follow the prompts to install the app.
Once installed, Journal Party can open in its own app window instead of a browser tab.
Tip: Installing Journal Party does not create an account or require a download from an app store. Your Journal Party data stays on your device.

Journal Party ships with example planners, boards and notes so you can see how it all works. Remove them whenever you're ready to make the space your own.
